Come and join Fiordland Outdoor Playgroup for an exciting and fun session this Monday! Courtney from Brave Soul will be running Free Flow Yoga - aimed at tamariki.Â
So not yoga as adults might be thinking of and practicing, it is more about fun, noise and mindful movements.
Adults are encouraged to join in as well 😊

   Meet from 930am (kids snack & play, settle in)
   Yoga at 10amÂ
   After the yoga session, feel free to stay and play or carry on with your day 🙂
Attain your St John First Aid Level 1 certificate (valid for two years).
Ideal for anyone who wants to learn basic first aid or needs to update their first aid qualification. Minimum qualification requirement for a workplace first aider.
The course covers...
• scene assessment & safety
• CPR (cardiopulmonary resuscitation) for babies, children & adults
Demonstration for starting young dogs both heading and hunt, run by the Mararoa Sheep Dog Trial Club, followed by an opportunity to work one on one with your own dog for any specific issues you may be having
Please ensure all dogs are dosed that come on farm - call Andy Dennis on 021 320 418 if you need this done

We are excited to say that the Parent’s coffee group is back inside the Te Anau Plunket Rooms this term, just in time to be snug for the winter months!
Come along at 10:30am any/every Wednesday, grab a cuppa and meet some other parents. Bring your tamariki along for a play or join us kid-free for an hour off from your day – whatever you feel like. Breastfeeding peer support is available most weeks between 10:30 and 11:30am, grab Anna or Brooke for a chat if you want, anytime.
